A global asset management firm based out of the US approached Knowledge Ridge for insights into real estate valuation for a set of iconic buildings in Rome along with perspectives on the investments needed to refurbish these buildings and the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the valuation of these buildings. The building/ real estate assets in question were iconic buildings of historical importance that once housed important Government Institutions in Rome. The client required first-hand well-rounded perspectives on the factors determining the valuation for these buildings for which they needed to speak to Roman investors, real estate operators, brokers, or other stakeholders in the real estate industry who could accurately evaluate a building.
