This also included experts working in the compensation and payroll functions from steel companies. They were phone interviewed to understand their direct involvement and were shortlisted based on their expertise and experience in providing a deep dive into prevailing trends in HR operations, compensation models, and payroll operations in the steel industry in Indonesia. This included HR Directors, Senior Vice Presidents-HR, CHROs, Payroll Managers, and Compensation Managers. Subsequently, experts were identified and shortlisted, and their biography was drafted as per Knowledge Ridge’s phone interviewing process. The final list of experts was sent to the client for their selection.
