Reporting To: Associate Vice President
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management/MBA relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing IMF and PSF sales & account management

Responsibilities & Duties:

Reporting To: Senior Vice President
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or similar position.

Job Overview:

Compliance Managers should have good knowledge of regulations in the Investment / Financial Service Industry. He/ She will be expected to engage with the Account Manager at Knowledge Ridge to understand their needs and provide services, accordingly, thereby protecting the integrity of client engagements.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Designing & Implement KR’s compliance policies and procedures
To analyze projects and verify expert details to ensure accuracy & correctness
To identify & mitigate potential risks or violations by conducting due diligence
To escalate compliance breaches
Providing timely support and enforcing Compliance Policies by assisting and advising on best practices.
Conduct timely training and updates on KR’s Compliance framework to team members
